It uses a digestive filtration device and the humid air of Lima helps with this.
This billboard was not designed for the largest city in Peru alone - a city that does not have enough water for 1.2 million people. It is designed to encourage children to study UTEC applications and engineering. This could be the biggest technological revolution that will solve the biggest human problems. Or it could be a mere ambitious plan that doesn't have to extend until the next step. Time will tell.
